Disco is a funny thing. I can't think of a single genre that sends so many people into a tailspin just by merely mentioning the name. Maybe the '70's were truly fucked, but there's some new disco that sounds pretty rad. Hercules and Love Affair is universally accepted as 'rad.' All I'm saying is that some of it is worth a listen. After all, Gaspard and Xavier would probably be on the streets if disco had never happened. It's a guilty pleasure, get down.
And speaking of Hercules and Love Affair, they remixed Cut Copy...and the result is brilliant.
